Se usassem os modelos em CG que estamos acostumados a ver no jogos para uma adaptação em um mundo real, ficaria muito melhor do que tentar colocar pelos num Pikachu que nem no desenho tem. Fica ridículo!

O site Shogun Gamer, responsável por espalhar o vídeo, conseguiu rastrear, graças à comentários deixados no site, o pessoal por trás de tal trailer.
Kial Natale, que no trailer interpreta o Brock, e Lee Majdoub, que interpreta o Ash, conversaram com o site, e contaram que realmente eles ficaram gratos pela galera que achou legal, e até pela galera que desceu a lenha.
Eles contaram que estavam trabalhando em outro curta-metragem quando resolveram fazer uma adaptação live action de alguma coisa. Um pensou em Dragon Ball, outro em GTA, e alguém mencionou Pokémon.
Partindo dessa idéia, resolveram contar uma história de uma maneira adulta. Provando que eu não era o único a falar que Pokémon nada mais do que uma rinha glorificada, depois de anos de campeonatos, surgiu um movimento para acabar com as lutas de pokémons.
Dessa forma, o Ash começou a lutar com seus pokémons em lutas clandestinas, tocadas pelo Giovani e pela Equipe Rocket. Lá pelas tantas acontece alguma merda, e ele resolve lutar pelo que é certo.

Eu achei a idéia da história e talz muito interessante (para algo não oficial, óbvio), se fosse explorado em uma outra mídia poderia ficar muito bom.
